Last Friday was Kerri and I's 5th wedding anniversary. We went out on Sat. to eat at this new Japanese restaurant called Tokyo's. The food was good as well as the atmosphere. We then decided to do something afterwards but didn't know what. When you finally have a night out alone all you can really think about is rest. So since it was only 7:30 we opted not to go back home until Kendall was asleep.( I know It sounds awful) So we went to play Putt Putt. Now being the experienced golfer that I am ( yeah whatever) I thought this was going to be easy. Boy was I wrong. Kerri embarrassed me, badly. It was like I was playing with Tiger Woods or something. I stop counting the hole-n-ones. It was ridiculous. Then we decided to ride the go-karts but we got rained out. Which was probably a good thing because I probably would have lost at that to. All in all we had a good time. I look back and it seems a lot longer than 5 years but before I know it, it'll be 5o years. I couldn't ask for a better wife. Someone so loving and understanding. Trust me it takes a lot to deal with me on a daily basis. I can't wait for more enjoyable years with her.

John, buy Kerri some clubs for her anniversary present and we will get her out on a real golf course.

Spencer and I had a night out by ourselves a few weeks ago. We went to dinner and sat and talked for a long time. Even after all that it was only 8:00. We went driving around a neighborhood for another hour just so we wouldn't get back to the house while the kids were still awake.
